Experience in Olympic lifts, Cardio Conditioning, Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Bosu, Explosive Strength and Visualization Techniques. Educating myself is a neverending affair to accomodate all fitness individuals and goals. Dry land training for Boxing , Martial Arts, Basketball, Rugby, Hockey, Swimming, Football and Police PARE test training .
Jody has developed two specialized programs called Cardio-Balance and Cardio-Speed. Both of which incorporate extensive balance and co-ordination drills.
Diet Counselling and eating plans available as well.
